Never got around to playing these games but they look cool. Do they hold up today on an Xbox Series X? Are they worth playing?

Absolutely; you won't find a more cinematic action-filled FPS. Old Blood is more of an "expansion prequel level" but New Order and the sequel are fantastic in their own right.
