I love my 14" Pro but I also wish something even slightly comparable existed with windows, just want a fast, cool, quiet laptop with 10+ hour battery life and mini led or oled screen.

Have you not looked into asus, dell, some HP models, or any other laptops? For half the price of this machine you can get laptops which have better performance in all areas.

As for battery life. That depends entirely on what you are doing.

Office programs? Yes ten hours is doable. Gaming? Nope. Netflix? Maybe 5.

If you'd actually used both you would know that there's just not comparable options with Windows laptops. It is what it is, maybe in the future that will change. You can get a faster Windows laptop OR one with comparable battery life, not both.

Also, a comparable XPS is about the same price as the MBP. Please show me the Windows laptop that's faster at everything for half the price.
