If MMOs count, Eve. I've been enjoying it off and on for 15 years now and I feel I've still barely scratched the surface of the content. Plus, the constantly changing galaxy, sovereignity, and mechanics keeps things interesting.

If they don't, The Long Dark. I love the atmosphere and art style, and every day can be a battle to survive the quiet apocalypse.
