Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

I didn't really get into gaming until 38. I wasn't much of a gamer before and hadn't played a game in 11 years when I got back into it a few years ago. I have zero interest in online play and am in it for single player story modes. I just take it nice and easy.
