pretty much the title, if Madrid isn’t in for him anymore, who could afford him?, and where could he be the most successful?

He has the potential to be one of the greatest but I don’t see that happening at psg, as he won’t really be taken seriously until he plays in an actually competitive league

I don’t see him playing for Man City, Madrid seems fed up with his transfer antics, so where to?

Newcastle is a dark horse candidate.

If interest in him dried up due to his demand, he would have very few choice. With Newcastle he gets to play in Europe with Saudi league wage premium.

And 'new money' clubs love to sign very high profile player as a statement. Similar to what Man City did with Robinho signing.

Being practically state owned they also have the mechanism to pay him big money while sidestepping FFP. An obvious one is being paid as the football ambassador for 2030 World Cup.
