Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

I play pvp/competitive mmos as healer, I'm not very good any more. I attribute it to just not giving a fuck after life stuff happened. I'm giving them up though. It's a skill issue for me but I'm tired of younger people being competitive and failing the vibe check.
