Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

The only difference at 40 to me is that I get bored WAAAY faster and will not stick out a mediocre game to the finish like I could years ago. It's definitely more about the quality of the game for me anymore, I don't wanna waste my time.

I have definitely felt like you though OP, especially with FPSs.
