Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

well I haven't gotten old enough to be sure just yet, but I'm 26 and still play a lot of games on just about the hardest difficulty. I have gotten more lenient with myself though so if I start struggling too much I consider whether or not it's worth it to just decrease the difficulty
