I'm debating Sekiro, I dodmt get on with Dark Souls (but it was the original PC port), I don't mind hard games but found DS cryptic. Also I was big into both Tenchu games on PS1.

Sekiro is one of my favorite games ever but it is so freaking hard. Would totally recommend.
