Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

Yes. I don't have 5 hours a day to sink into gaming anymore. What free time I do have, I am very selective on what games take up that time now. So when it comes to competitive PVP games, I'm happy if I'm at a 1.0 k/d
