Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

Yeah, I’m close in age and I feel like my reflexes have slowed a bit. I can’t really play online shooters anymore because I just get my ass handed to me. I stick with single player games nowadays. Though Malenia still wrecks me with ease.
