Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

I'm in my 50s and I've never been 133t (I rarely bump the default difficulty level up unless I'm replaying like a NG+ mode). But guess what? That's okay if you're enjoying the games.
