3D Dot Heroes and Lollipop Chainsaw maybe? Not sure if they're actually rare or just go for a bit online due to being stuck on PS3 at the moment.

I wish I still had my copy of Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly...sold it for $60 about 10 years ago when I was strapped for $$ :(
