Is it normal to just... fall off, and not be as good at gaming? Because I feel like I've been getting worse for a while now.

It is probably affected more by time playing than by age. I gave up any sort of competitive game years ago because I just don't have the time to put in to improve like the younger players.

I still play enough that more difficult single player games don't give me trouble, though.
