Add Factorio to the list. Post a noob question? People rush to help. Post a bad design ? Upvoted. Spaghetti is awesome. Post a good design ? Upvoted. Good job.

Only times I've seen negativity is when an op try to bash the other game :D. "shut up, half the people here play both games".

It's because you get the chance to brag about your skill at the game at the same time you help. Lots of incentive there.
