My ex boyfriend recently passed away due to a OD of fentanyl it’s now labeled a homicide due to the circumstances.. the detectives are trying to figure out how to unlock his phone but we haven’t had the best of luck we’re trying to find any evidence off his text messages to see who he last seen or talked to because that’s most likely the person who gave it to him.. I’m in Texas and his parents are in Florida I’m trying to help them the best I can but explaining technology to older people seems harder then I thought! any advice on how to go about unlocking it? iPhone is super difficult when you don’t have the passcode it’s like impossible to get in! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
