@murkeyindividual2 I found the URL to the 196 lemmy from the subreddit before it went private. I learned out that you can find lemmy communities through mastodon by typing "@[CommunityName]@[lemmy instance]" into the search bar. The lemmy community shows up as a mastodon user that you and follow and such. It's very interesting and kind of ingenious. So I thought why not just use my mastodon account I already have rather than make a new account just for lemmy.

@murkeyindividual2 on second thought actually, I'm gonna make a lemmy account. Mastodon UI us just not built for handling lemmy communities well. Still figuring this out lol.
