I have an iPhone 8 64gb and it's already time for it to retire haha

I was searching some prices and found 2 options that are in my budget range:

- iPhone 13 256gb

- iPhone 14 128gb

Both are the same price.

Which one you guys recommend me?

even if you take lots of photos cant you just use icloud to store them?
