How many of you guys wear your AW 24/7? I’ve been only wearing it as a watch. Not really even working out in it since I have Whoop but I’m interested in utilizing more of the features such as HRV, V2O, etc. but I feel like I will have to wear it 24/7. I usually only wear my AW only during work.

I have a couple Apple Watches. There is always one on my wrist.

Maybe one is older? I've heard some people say that after upgrading, they use the new watch for everyday use and the old one for sleep tracking.
