My girlfriend doesn’t have Reddit so I am posting this on her behalf… the other day I saw her watch blinking while she was napping. Like a flashlight almost. I didn’t think anything of it (possibly related?) but today she said her watch has been leaving a burn on her arm.. maybe this is due to some sort of sensor issue? Maybe it’s malfunctioning and scanning her skin more than it should? Idk how they work.. In any case this seems like a huge issue and we will be going to the Apple Store ASAP to address it..
Same thing happened to me. I was wearing it too long. Literally about 23 hours a day for weeks. If you must sleep with it, sleep with the face on the bottom of your wrist to give the top a rest to breath.
