Let's remember Steve Jobs started a revolutionary, moaning that in Xerox the advertising guys ran the company not the engineers. Pretty soon once he became a megalomaniac and only cared about money, he let the marketing men run the company. In the early 90s the apple slogan was "It does more, It costs less. It's that simple" by 2000 apple was a premium brand that does nothing more than any of it's competitors and actually costs more, so a complete turn around why because Steve Jobs was the man obsessed with money in silicon valley not Bill Gates (he's doing a good job of giving all his money away as well as getting others to do so)
