May I track my indoor runs as an outdoor run just because I want to? I heard the only difference between an outdoor run and indoor run on an Apple Watch is the GPS thingy (alien.top)

Why would you want to? Also you can but it will me incorrect data. And your HR stats will be off slightly. Mainly your zones and not the HR reading themselves.
