No, we have more or less the same level of disdain for all Amerikan presidents. There is no meaningful policy difference between the two parties, only rhetoric

Which part is untrue? The foreign policy is completely unaffected by which party's "in charge". They're all imperialist scum serving the same capitalist interests.
