How much deep sleep do you get on average? (alien.top)

Just curious what is typical! Mine is usually anywhere from 20 minutes on a bad night to an hour and 20 minutes on a good night. My average is 37 minutes which feels not great.

I don’t seem to get enough deep sleep. According to my watch. I average around 20. But overall I seem to sleep well.
