was looking through my phone but couldnt really find anything. most the main apps I use are pretty mainstream. curious to hear other people’s thoughts

Days Since. It's an accountability app that you can use to track your bad habits. It's helped me cut back on drinking.

Since I started using it, they added an annoying subscription service for $18/year or something like that. The free version still works great though. I would happily pay $18 once but $18 per year is too much.

Hindsight is the same thing - but counts down to the hours, minutes, and seconds. Also it's a one-time purchase.
