Just bought the Apple Watch Ultra 2 yesterday. I tried to used the hand gestures, and it does not even work. I have seen ppl on youtube, having to tap their index and thumb repeatedly to even get it to work. Is this because this feature is so new that it will take time before it's fully functional or is it just my watch?
Make sure that your hand is horizontal and the watch is awake, that’s when it works best for me.
