I started trying to be healthier and lose weight. So at the beginning of the year i started out to close all 3 rings everyday. So far I’ve completed all 3 everyday and plan to keep going. Looking at the incomplete rings on my watch face seems to motivate me. Keep it up 👍

That’s impressive! Maybe that will be my “resolution” for next year. You keep up the great work!

I appreciate it! Good luck in your future ring closing

I did that in 2019, and kept it going for over 2 years without missing one day. Lost 50+ pounds, better health overall. Then I sabotaged my transition from Watch 4 to 5 and deleted everything out of frustration. Started again a few weeks ago with the excuse that I got an Ultra 2. Everything was good for a week, then I got lazy thinking about the 2 years that I didn't miss a day. What I'm trying to say is, don't dwell too much on the days missed and focus on your health results.

I think I got too religious with that "missing no days" and it ruined my motivation.

Congrats on making it the 2 years. I definitely understand what you mean about getting too religious with that “missing no days” thing. There’s certainly been times I’ve not wanted to go finish out closing the rings but felt guilty if it I didn’t. But I do enjoy the satisfaction of closing them and also have definitely noticed I’ve felt healthier than before I started at the beginning of the year. It’s at least pushed me to get healthier overall in general which I’m grateful for
