There are some 50 odd countries with digital nomad visas some much better than others. The Philippines is the only county I know of that allows you to work while on a tourist visa as long as you're not there to establish clients or to take a local job. You would just need to establish clients outside of the Philippines or have a remote job based in your country of residence.

Where does Philippines say it's ok to work remotely on a tourist visa?

AFAIK Canada is the first one to list digital nomads ok on a tourist visa, IE don't need a work visa: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/campaigns/high-skilled-workers.html

Too bad Canada is so damn expensive
