I've been very hesitant to get one installed as I've heard nothing but horror stories.

Some operators are very slow like Eon, they are still sending letters to the old owners of our house over a year later.

Ovo are the same - I'm clearly paying for the energy used so you'd have thought that they might get the idea that they don't live here anymore. If nothing else it's a waste of paper.
