I work in the medical field (not clinical though). I’m not kidding when I say there is an ICD10 code for EVERYTHING.

Some of my favorites:

W56.22XA: Struck by Orca, initial encounter

Y92.146: Swimming pool of prison as the place of occurrence of the external cause

V97.33XD: Sucked into jet engine, subsequent encounter

This last one is by far my favorite. Not sure how you get past your initial encounter at the morgue for a subsequent visit. Maybe when they find some extra bits lying around?
