I wanted to post something on 196, so I tried to generate a girl with her box of pill with some meme potential. Need to find some other ideas

True, it would be a very petty person if the complaint was just about an extra finger :)
I guess I should explain myself a little better. There's a group of people who like to hate on anything that's AI generated. They usually come with arguments like, "The model is trained on stolen data" or "It's putting real artists out of business." Also any claim that you made this picture or this picture is yours will put them in a very foul mood.
The thing is, I can understand their concerns and dislike. The current system of training images and licensing should be regulated to make sure the original artists get a fair share.

It's just that the hate is often directed at the wrong people. Most of us do this for fun because we like to make funny pictures, because we just aren't that good at drawing ourselves, because we have an interest in the technology, or any other number of harmless reasons. It always pains me a little when this discussion pops up again, it devalues the efforts the poster put in their work. It might not be real art (whatever that is) but that image still represents something they were proud enough of to share it with others. Personally I love it when someone feels proud enough of their work to want to share it with others, no matter how it got created. I hate it if someone gets discouraged because of those kinds of criticisms.

I meant with my original post that I hope people will appreciate the image for what it is, and not hate on it because it's AI generated. I hardly ever share outside of this community for this very reason. I just don't want to get dragged into another discussion.
