8 of these keywords could have just gone to the domain directly... teach your relatives about ctrl+enter, so they don't have to google those and look at ads :p

If I did that, my 80 yo parents would be headed to w amzon . com and wallmart . com on a regular basis.
Searching first is safer for them.
At least switch their search engine to duckduckgo
