I'm really curious to see it in action so I downloaded it. There are two versions, Nova Escritorio (Nova Desktop) and Nova Ligero (Nova Lite/Lightweight).

Curiously Nova Ligero seems to be only 200MB smaller than Nova Escritorio. (1.9GB vs 1.7GB)

Here's some download links in Pixeldrain, for faster download speeds and in case the original servers are down when you want to download.

tried it on a vm.

it uses gnome 42.5, they customized it a bit. They removed the vanilla top bar and replaced it with a bottom bar that resembles windows/plasma. I thought it was plasma at the start but its gnome lol. Also it's wayland gnome.

The software suite is the usual gnome software suite with firefox, i didnt find any unique software. They have their own repositories in a cuban university apparently with a healthy amount of packages available. It's overall great.
