I feel like I've formed some sort of faithfulness towards dbzer0 and have a bias towards subs and users of my instance. Anybody else in the same boat?

Same. I think it was the third or fourth most popular at the time, so I figured it had a good chance of not getting overwhelmed or falling into obscurity. I switched after the Reddit API announcement, but before the change went into effect, and I'm guessing a lot of others did too.

It still works well, so I stay. I'll probably move to a smaller instance eventually to help spread the load, but for now, sh.itjust.works.
