On hold to Cennalink. Get your bets down as to how long I'll be on hold this time around.
Edit: 40 mins plus the five minutes on hold while they entered my deets.

39 minutes the first time, then you will get hung up on. Then 85 minutes.

Ha close, guy seemed surprised that I called to have them tag the certificate.
Mate, because if it doesn't get done I get threatening letters about not meeting my obligations.
