If you're wondering what this has to do with autism I'm getting to it.

The Eternal Conflict format is two conflicting juxtapositional internal struggles. For example: The Eternal Conflict but it's thinking glistening shower water is sexy vs. the transition from going dry to wet.

Aside from the one in the body text, I had one earlier. The Eternal Conflict but it's looking androgynous vs. having a warm beard.

ohhhh, I like it! You're sharing your conflicts in which something is both appealing and repulsive at the same time, and these conflicts are eternal. Is that correct?

So if I made one, it would be The Eternal conflict of looking at how pretty it outside vs. having to tolerate the sweltering heat.
