How did Ahsoka get into the World Between Worlds? Did she literally just fall into it?

I assume she was pulled like last time, just moments before her death.

Maybe it's Ezra? Maybe it's Anakin??? (Although I assume not, I assume he is just a force ghost.)

Maybe? She may or may not be traveling with a manifestation of the light side, so weird stuff tends to happen to her.
