Absolutely, it can waste a lot of time
Time is a social construct. You can't lose, waste or gain time. It's just a thing is humans invented to better manage our lives.
Time is part of objective physical reality measured by instruments. Humans discovered time, not invented it.
Time is a social construct
And your entire life is inside that social construct. It's just raw denial to suggest otherwise.
Lol. Everyone dv the correct answer. Cycles existed, but humans did indeed decide to break smaller cycles into smaller cycles and measure them. Tbf, probably both perspectives are correct, in different contexts. I need to think about this longer- much longer.
