What a brilliant song! It's known as the favourite ever song of the late, great radio DJ, John Peel.

It was first released on a tiny, Belfast record label, Good Vibrations, based on the record store of the same name. A movie also called Good Vibrations came out 10 or so years back. It's light-hearted dramatisation of the story of the store/label and its creator, Terri Hooley. The Undertones feature as characters in it. It's worth seeking out, IMO.

I first consciously heard The Undertones' Feargal Sharkey crooning out A Good Heart on AM radio, a couple of years after leaving The Undertones. Little did I know that he was responsible for belting out vocals for this legendary rock/punk band, which I only came to know later.
