When i was a kid, my dad made backups of the HDD on floppy disk.

You have one new message and four saved messages. Message one: "Hi. I'm just getting used to the new system. I was in it all last week, but now my password isn't working. I tried all my old passwords and all the ones on the naughty sticky-note on my laptop and none of them worked. Please call me back and give me my password."

Password manager is a Post-It note.
Every system we use lets you reset your own password.
She didn't say what system she was talking about.
At the time, we had no systems about a week old.
We don't have access to user's passwords.
She didn't provide a callback number.
She didn't leave her name.
