LW admins removed a community focused on piracy because they were afraid of getting sued. Even if they'd win ultimately, legal representation is expensive. If you want to see it here though, I'm sure you could work out a binding contract of some kind where you agree to take on all expenses and legal fees for any piracy related litigation.
Or just run a pirate instance yourself!
It's no risk or hassle, right?
