Has anyone else noticed their irl mutual aid groups are just unilateral donations? Rather than "mutual". (lemmy.perthchat.org)

yes there are certainly some "left" groups that are just seeking donations and find they get me when they call it mutual aid than charity. You get more accrual mutual aid from member organizations like your local union, a fraternal benefits society etc.
