true, support seems to depend very much on what the peeps who understand ZHA are running themselves (which it totally fair).

Oh indeed but this looks like it might be a big hit, especially when combined with their ceiling light, so I imagine there'll be plenty of people having a play with it.

fingers crossed, so far I have been using ikea under counter lighting and their zigbee drivers, but they are only dimmable white

Ooo there's a thought - under cupboard kitchen lighting would work, although, at that price it might be overkill.
