I think it's quite acceptable to bring a large bowl of beef pho up to one's lips and slurp if there are tissues on the table rather than serviettes.
Also it's come to my attention that I have had a lot of liquid in me in the past 24 hours.
Is it good pho? :)

We don't have many good places here but this one is pretty good.
Sometimes you find gems in the most unlikely places.
Buddy's bakery has won best chunky beef pie 4 years in a row. They're good but next door has the best pies and sausage rolls I've ever eaten.
Plenty of bowl slurping at Springvale Pho houses.
