If you wanna eat it just eat it. You don't have to be a little freak about it.
Yeah, as long as you don't make it a common habit it's fine. Sometimes we need to treat ourselves with something to cope with life.
Especially as a single no one can even really judge you for eating a chocolate torte all on your own.
For me, living this experience regularly, it's that I don't want to eat it, but fat-lizard-brain grabs the wheel and I'm just along for the ride.
