I'm listening to my podcasts but I have to keep an ear out for my doctor.

I bought a pair of bose quiet comfort earbuds. They block everything out. They also have a setting where you can hear background noise but the music is still loud enough to block annoyances.

They are pricey though.

I bought the Sony wireless earbuds one a few months ago because my WI-2000 carked it. But now that I'm getting paid more than Centrelink I might look into next time my new one does.

These bose things are honestly the best sounding earbuds I've heard in my life. That active noise cancelling thing is unbelievable. Sometimes I put them in without music just for some peace and quiet when I'm out and about.
