How was Flick's stint at bayern so good but this German team plays so bad

In his first year he only took over in November and then won everything.

I feel like people regularly forget about his second year though, which was below average.

I seriously think his first season at Bayern was a miracle. He hasn't shown anything after that to prove that he is a good manager.
