Perth people are different for a reason...

Many moons ago I visited one side of my fam in Perenjori (350km NE of perth) in summer. When we rocked up my uncle was hugging a tree (literally) waiting for us at the front gate. On that day I learnt trees are colder than ambient and that he wasn't completely mad.
