You made a community just to post an ad?

nope, this is a community about rugged smartphone, news, deals and discussion. I haven't seen any new news since making the community, this is the only deals that I have seen rn and posted it

Could've fooled me, you've even got a promo code and a "don't miss out".

Welp, I have to say. This chinese store selling cheap phones with non-hardened glass, non-removable battery, big camera bumps and no case... that's not what I'd call rugged.

Try a kyocera, or a cat. Those can actually take a beating and have a warranty. And you actually get software updates past android 10

I just copied and pasted their tweet since my account isn’t old enough to post screenshots: https://x.com/Cubotphone/status/1886679332522709028

I agree. I’d prefer a phone with a replaceable battery, but unfortunately, most phones don’t offer that anymore. The thickness of rugged phones definitely takes some getting used to. I actually discovered rugged smartphones while searching for phones with big batteries. Most mainstream phones have batteries around 5000mAh, but some Chinese rugged phones have 22,000mAh or even larger batteries! I am concerned about software updates tho..

Getting used to a thing is just that. Tho I personally prefer bigger devices
