I don't understand how anyone would like using a platform managed by the CCP? Post a picture of tank man on your Red Note account and report back how it went.
Or better yet, post a video of tank man, and learn that he was blocking tanks from leaving the protest, not going to it, and that, after climbing onto the tank and having a conversation with the crew, he left the area with some other civilians.

Previously.
Wow, first time seeing actual CCP propaganda directly in conversation. I would tell users to go through this person's profile and see the disinformation campaign regarding social media plaform Red Note, as well as treatment of Uyghur people in China.
Is that why folks can post pictures of tank man without worrying about themselves or their families?
The only reason you think that is from of the anti-communist propaganda we’ve been fed your entire lives, but that doesn’t make it true.
Uhhhh, okay. Why don't you try an experiment if you don't believe me?
Will ypu share some rednote videos that feature tank man that do so without decrying it as western propoganda etc?
Last I heard from journalists, showing cards with 4 and 6 together was banworthy etc...
I’m not on RedNote, so no.
If you say so, but that’s nothing whatsoever like, “worrying about themselves or their families.”
Reporter: [REDACTED]
Reason: False information. Here actual footage: https://youtu.be/FaojdRThXbY
Reporter, CBS’s footage is the same fucking footage.
*CPC, right?
Why'd I post a tank man picture?
I respect the tank folk there. They were very decent. I'm from India and if I had stood alone(I think group protests may fare better) before a police jeep or so. I'd likely be arrested, maybe even thrown around by the police if they were aggressive policemen.
But that guy stood infront of a tank and the tank drivers were decent.
Also, I haven't made an account yet.
Was asking about it here before that
Why is this always the argument that comes up? It's like if foreign people came by thousands to post the 9/11 attacks on american media to test the free speech. Most would take it down, some might stay up, but it's ultimately still very disrespectful and upsetting for a lot of people.
You can enjoy a heavily moderated platform for what it's good at. I use rednote for my cat, food and art content and enjoy the cultural exchange. There are better suited apps in general for free speech and political debate. I'm tired of politics invading every platform, so it's been rather nice in that aspect. For what I want to use that app for, I'm perfectly fine with the CCP's rules, even if I disagree with some aspects of the CCP.
Free speech is important, but we don't need it literally everywhere.
I mean, look up September 11 attack on YouTube and see how many results pop up. Not a great example.
Those vids probably are probably pro-America, right?
